Elden Ring Flask Upgrades: Golden Seeds & Sacred Tears

Flask upgrades are one of the highest-value early power spikes in Elden Ring—often more important than chasing a slightly stronger weapon.

What Each Upgrade Does

• Golden Seed: Increases the number of Flask charges.
• Sacred Tear: Increases how much each Flask restores.

Where to Spend Them

Visit any Site of Grace and use the Flask allocation / blessing options. Early on, favor Crimson Tears (HP) unless you are casting heavily.

Early Game Priorities

1. Pick Golden Seed as your keepsake if you want an immediate charge boost.
2. Check golden sapling trees near major roads and landmarks for more Seeds.
3. Visit churches for Sacred Tears—these are easy, high-impact upgrades before Margit.
4. Do not hoard Seeds/Tears; spend them as soon as you can.
