How to Get Mimic Tear in Elden Ring

Mimic Tear copies your gear and spells — one of the strongest spirit ashes in the game. You pick it up in Nokron after Starscourge Radahn opens the underground path.

How to get Mimic Tear Elden Ring Nokron location guide cover

Requirements First

Step-by-Step Location

  1. After Radahn, enter the meteor crater in Limgrave / Mistwood and descend into Nokron, Eternal City.
  2. Progress through Nokron until you reach the Ancestral Woods Site of Grace.
  3. From Ancestral Woods, continue toward Night's Sacred Ground (down through the city rooftops / ledges route).
  4. Rest at the Night's Sacred Ground Site of Grace when you find it.
  5. Nearby, look for an imp statue seal. Use a Stonesword Key to open it.
  6. Loot the chest inside to receive Mimic Tear Ashes.

There is also a Mimic Tear boss fight in Nokron. That fight is separate from the ash chest — you can grab the ash without treating the boss as a hard gate, but clearing nearby threats makes the route safer.
